Apartment is nice, new and clean. Host was very polite, communicative and friendly. Location is good, next to Rio park which is very beautiful. Metro station is close and city center is 5 station away. A downside is that it’s cold because there are tiles everywhere and no carpets, and the place is located in the basement. Another issue is the hot water — you have to turn on the tap and wait a long time for the hot water to come, and sometimes it runs out quickly, so you have to wait again, which is very uncertain and frustrating.

Easy check-in. Host was responsive. Clean accommodation. Great location.

To be improved

No hot water in shower. No soundproofing of the stay. So we could hear people all night long which was disturbing. However, the host said both will be taken care of as he is working on both issues.

The location/ position, even is in a basement.

To be improved

Didn’t provide at least a bar of soap and a toilet paper roll. The door will permit to hear your neighbours and even smell of what they cook. No cleaning the room on my 5 night stay.
