Unfortunately, the property is not providing me with the invoice that I have requested since very long time. They are keeping postponing me. The reservation is stated" the invoice will be issued by the property'. Customer service mentioned to contact the property and the property to contact customer service. I really like the apartment and my stay was perfect, but I travel for work, and I need the invoice to declare my expenses.

Location was perfect 👌🏼 Lively neighborhood but the building was very quiet. Studio was lovely, clean and cozy as promised, space well used and functional. The toilet was very tiny, but it was well informed and we did not have any problems using it 😅 The air conditioning was excellent even there was an extreme heat wave during our visit 👍🏼 We will happily come back when in Madrid ❤️

Situation, not far from metro Chueca. Bright but tiny studio

To be improved

So tiny. Pictures don't give that impression. The bed is just awful, it's stuck between a wall and a wardrobe. It's much smaller than the pictures make it look like. We got bitten by bed bugs, we think. Shower is tiny, restroom also. Bigger people would really have a problem living there.
