“Disgusting Tenerife apartment”

Location was good for the beach.

This apartment, which is 835 in the El Dorado complex, hasn't had anything upgraded since the 1970's. It was like walking into an old person's house full of clutter. It is in need of a deep clean and everything needs renovating. It requires a new kitchen, bathroom and redecorating. This is the type of apartment that would be difficult to sell because of all the work required. It was not cosy, it was disgusting. I would not stay there again, even if you paid me. I'm shocked that apartments that are so disgusting can be rented out as holiday let's. Holiday accommodation in Tenerife requires regulating. I booked this accommodation as it is advertised as having a kitchen but it was so disgusting that we had to eat out all the time. The pillows and bedding smelt of sweat as though they hadn't been washed for months. Full of dirty ornaments that should be thrown away. Shower curtain taped to the wall. Wardrobe held together with tape. The host should be ashamed of themselves. I also wouldn't book 733 in the El Dorado complex as there is nothing wonderful about it. 733 is poorly managed by Sun Properties.

Very good location, not so far away from the beach, many shops nearby, apartment is in the 8th floor, balcony, shared pool, equipment was also good, fridge for beers is a must 😀, absolutely ok for two people, we were satisfied, for 50 EUR/night nothing to complain

To be improved

Perhaps the cleaning should have been better, we found out some empty beer bottles in the kitchen…… but nothing critical
