Cozy Urban Escape 1BR Near Tenerife South Airport

To sum up our vacation at "cozy aartment", we had a opportunity to be cockroach exterminators for 11 days. Which was nothing but pleasant. We wanted to leave after 2 nights and get refunded for unused days, but the owners woulnd't compensate with us. Actually the first thing the owner tells you, when you come to the apartment is that this is not a hotel (gives you 2 rolls of toilet paper) and tells you that kitchen is simple, not like at home. Which we understand, but then don't write in the description that you have a fully equiped kitchen! We wanted to use the oven, which is not working and the same goes for the water heater (leaking water). Also the wasching machine could use some cleaning as well. Don't expect to get some rest at night as well. The road is very busy, the is a shop under the flat and people tend to have long conversations under you window and lastly the bedroom window is next to neigbhour's balcony. We have nothing good to write about our stay and wouldn't come back to Tenerife again. The owners tried to be compassionate, writing us AI generated answers to our problems, which I don't want to get on this review.
