The bed was really bad. That is the main deficiency I would say -all the rest was ok.There was no balcony or any outdoor space and the isolation of the building is bad, but the neighbors were not that loud, so for a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs.

The location of the apartment is OK but the apartment and certainly the room is cold and very humid. The walls are made of papers. It’s like you live with the neighbours. I was also disappointed about the welcoming. I asked a few days before if we could come before 15h. The girl told me she will let me know the day before. I heard nothing. Around 14h I let her know we’ll come around 15h-15h30. She didn’t reply and then we had 10 min to come over because she had an other appointment. When we arrived (4 minutes late and after her call) we literally had to run in the stairs. She said “put the keys on this table when you left” and she disappeared. Not friendly at all!

Second floor property without elevator The AC is in living room, bedroom has no heating or cooling.

To be honest we spent little time in the apartment as we were out exploring Seville
