Breakfast was ok. Room was small, but very comfortable.

To be improved

I would like 'boiling' water in the breakfast room to make tea - only hot water from the coffee machine was available. I would like a kettle in the bedroom.

Good location, only minutes from the town centre. friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Also close to the bus station giving easy access to Cadiz, Jerez and Seville,

Great hotel, comfortable beds. Very close to centre.

The breakfast could be better. Very basic, and they had run out of most things when we got to sit at 9.40.

Very clean bright twin room and it was very quiet.

To be improved

The breakfast that we paid to have included was really pretty poor compared with others. Off season, not much to commend about Chiclana and we did not find anywhere to have dinner.

The best

Central,easy access to other eating locations around Chiclana Young lady front of house on the Friday was to be commended for great service and a friendly demeanour…a credit to the establishment!

To be improved

Not much The breakfast wasn’t up to much…scrambled eggs in the server were getting cold to the point of being unpalatable? Staff also too busy cleaning whilst one was trying to eat…
