Cafe/ Indian restaurant directly underneath. Cooking smells from both all day all night. Noise from customers all day all night. Balcony consequently unusable. Bedroom on stairwell. Noise all day all night. Forget sleeping here. Incorrect information supplied by Ocean properties. Wrong WiFi information. Tv didn’t work at all. No connection to WiFi Directions to apartment out of date. Signs have been changed. Left after 2 nights of 4. Find somewhere else.

The property was clean and tidy and quite comfortable.

The customer service agent for the property was extremely unhelpful - provided 3 numbers (2 of which we had no reply) We tried to arrange for a late checkout and offered to pay for this, we were told no and advised to book another minimum stay via Booking.com (2 nights) to stay on longer, we advised that there were no other bookings and we'd pay half a days cost to stay. The agent didn't try to help in anyway and kept fobbing us off.

“It's a great place to stay for a fly and flop relaxing week in February.”

Apartment is in an excellent location with loads of shops restaurants and bars within walking distance. We got to the apartment early so parked ourselves in a restaurant across the road for some lunch and a cold beer, sat in the sunshine while we waited until the key was released to us. Unfortunately we couldn't check-in early but this was not a problem for us. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was a little hard for me and I we could have done with a few more pillows, but that is my personal preference. There are plenty of shops around to get any supplies you may need. We found a little shop across the way that baked fresh croissants and pastries every morning so this was our breakfast everyday with some fresh fruit. Another shop on the complex itself makes breakfast rolls if you prefer something cooked. You are spoilt for choice for cafe's and restaurants for lunch and evening meals if you like to stay close to eat out. There is even one on the complex which will make fresh paella outside if that is what you fancy. There is loads to choose from on the menu for breakfast, lunch and evening. However in the evening we would take a 10 minute stroll to the beachfront where there are loads of restaurants with different cuisines. We never had a bad meal, it was all delicious and very reasonably priced. The area is very 'British' but we weren't there for culture, just a relaxing week away, which we got. Oh, and the weather was great, up to 23 degrees some days, just perfect. We were there the last week of Feb. We would defiantly stay in the same apartment/area again.

To be improved

It took us some time to find the actual apartment as the map that is sent doesn't really say exactly where the apartment is. A written explanation would have been better for understanding to make it clear of where to go. It took a few goes to actually open the door, maybe the lock timer hadn't been released on time, but it opened after a few minutes. At least we'll know how to do it next time.

“Had a great holiday, apartment was adequate and centrally situated pool & facilities pretty good to.”

Generally pretty good, had a little difficulty with the digital door lock to begin with, location is central to bar’s etc apartment was good although basic, towels had seen better day’s, the pool area was also good although the plastic beds need cushions not comfortable otherwise.

Apartment had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Location is perfect for us, just around the corner from bus stops. Arrangements for entry to apartment worked perfectly, code was sent to us on day of travel.

Spotlessly clean, everything you need apart from a safety deposit box. Lovely complex on a great location. Great comfortable bed.

To be improved

Instructions on how to use washing machine & TV would have been helpful, aware we're in a Spanish speaking location but instructions were available in every language except English. Apart from that everything great, not a great deal of sun on balcony but that wasn't a problem for us.
