Location is perfect! Julia is super nice, provided easy to understand instructions for check in. For any questions we received a fast reply. The flat was very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fully recommend and we will certainly book again in the future.

“Great shirt break”
The best

Perfect central location, surrounded by bars and restaurants and minutes from the beach front. However, not noisy in the room. Having the small outside terrace was a bonus too. If we go to Calpe again, there would be no question of us booking anywhere else, highly recommend Cristina appointment

To be improved

I guess if I had any criticism it would be that the car park is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, so you have to go to the car parking to get the keys, then drive to the apartment to unload your bags and then go back to the car parking. However, we knew all this when we booked so was expecting it, and tbh the communication with the owner was so good, it was made very easy and we enjoyed the short walk to and from. The underground parking was very safe and secure.

For the price, I don’t think I will ever stay in better accommodation. The place is really nice with good facilities in a perfect location.

To be improved

Some dishes were dirty and it would be nice if the TV in the bedroom was the same as the living room so you could watch Disney Plus etc in bed but honestly that’s not even a complaint. For the price you won’t find anywhere better. It was slightly noisy at night with bin collections and people in the street making noise until 12pm-1am but that’s to be expected in a busy area of town.

Modern well looked after apartment in a great central location. Great facilities for longer stays such as large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and great shower. Fantastic bakery and restaurants nearby. Balcony with a sitting area overlooking Sierra Olta. The flat has a private underground parking, however the parking is 5 to 10 min walk from the flat. From carpark to flat downhill and uphill back to the car. The carpark is very tight and spaces small. If you're in a car larger than a hatchback (large estate or large SUV) it may not be possible to use it. It wasn't an issue for us, but something worth keeping in mind if you want to use the carpark and drive around a lot. The host was easy to communicate with and everything went well. Good value for money.

To be improved

The flat could be a little more equipped to make it feel more homely, such as large mugs for tea or coffee, door mat, cleaning products for washing machine and dishwasher (especially for short stays). The bedding could be of a better quality like 100% cotton. Especially the bedsheet felt too small for the mattress and was coming off. Small things, but would make things exceptional. The damage deposit via bank transfer came as a surprise as we've never encountered it on booking.com, however everything went smoothly for us.
