“Great spot to stay and explore San Sebastian”
The best

It was lovely and clean and comfortable with plenty of room for four of us and a lovely spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It is a little further out than other accommodation but that was no problem for us.

Super expensive but aircon is not working at all. Staff is not around to ask. Even water is not available in the room. Have to go out of room for water to kitchen area for all others. Floor is very dirty. It seems they never cleaned.

“An excellent and comfortable reinvention of a brutalist tower block.”

They have transformed the 2nd floor of a concrete tower block that is really out of place in San Sebastian into a charming, comfortable minimalist hotel. Staff is lovely, rooms are very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere is stylish but unpretentious. Happy to recommend, and great example of how to breathe new life into difficult buildings.
