THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Self service check in, called from Malaga airport how to get to hotel told to take taxi and was not told that taxi cannot get near hotel since its inside the center. Had no idea how to get to hotel from taxi drop off, its hard to find and we had a lot of luggage with us. Room is bare bones with only one small shelving unit with 4 hangers for clothing and not even a luggage rack. No water in fridge, fridge was warm, no amenitIes in bathroom. Its not a hotel or air bnb No real lobby one tiny table for morning coffee one half empty water carafe no sugar looks awful. We asked why no water was told they ordered it but never arrived. There is one person working a small desk, she has excuses for all the things that are missing or are wrong at the hotel and says they are working on fixing them this year. She is only there till 9am- 4pm so if you need anything outside of those hours you have to text and are told it would be taken care of next day. NO LIFT, NO ONE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE, NOT EVEN A WATER IN THE ROOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE. The access code room door is tricky and doesn't work all the time, and the staircase is very poorly designed and difficult if you have a lot of luggage. There is a restaurant attached, but not part of the hotel, so if you ask for ice or water they are not cooperative and even asked me to pay for a cup of ice. There is no ice machine on the premises. No tourist publications in the room or list of suggestions for restaurants tours taxis etc, once you self check in you are completely on your own.

It took on average 5-10 minutes for the water to get heated up for a shower 🥶 ( we where in room 9 ) Plus there was never any milk for the complimentary Tea/Coffee , which was only a minor detail, as we bought our own & kept it stored in our fridge 😊
