The property overbooked and put us in a much cheaper hotel in a different area for two days without also any compensation.

“The location is convenient, quiet and right on the Atlantic shoreline. The staff are polite and helpful. The cleaning and maintenance of the apartment was excellent. The exterior design is aesthetically pleasing. · Cons: The apartments are very much in need of an upgrade. The kitchen is badly equipped, lacking basic implements like scissors, grater, can opener and whisk. The glass top to the coffee table was missing. There were no coathooks. The beds are OK except that they had blankets rather than duvets. Very dingy decor. No soap dish or shelf for toiletries in the shower. Altogether sub standard for a high end price of app £900 per week for 2 people. Additionally their IT system over booked and we had to stay our first night in a nearby hotel. There was an accident in the swimming pool, which was out of service for the last 3 days of our time there.”

“Beautiful La Gomera”
The best

Location was great and we were close to shops & restaurants and nice walks on seafront. Comfortable beds & good nights sleep.

To be improved

A lack of lighting on the stairs when coming in at night. We mentioned to Reception but no bulb was fitted at the stair end.
