Breakfast was nice, the hotel design was stylish with great views of the sunset on the rooftop bar.

To be improved

Room not cleaned during stay, visibly dirty bed sheets and visibly dirty towels not changed throughout stay. When ordering drinks from the pool bar early in the afternoon, lots of cocktails not available due to no tequila available. Chose another non tequila based cocktail from the menu and was told they would go and get tequila from the roof top bar instead. I was staying at the hotel for a special occasion with 9 other girls, who informed cubanito of this and requested for mine to be the larger one, but unfortunately had the smallest room out of the 4 rooms booked. Walls very thin so unfortunately we were often woken throughout the night by other guests shouting and banging on doors.

Literally everything - it’s an amazing hotel - excellent Cuban feel but not gimmicky - boutique so much more personal than the big hotels -rooms amazing - all with front facing views - roof top bar is sublime ( especially at sunset) - staff are very friendly and helpful.
