There was no proactive maintenance carried out eg. The washing machine leaked excessively and was unusable. The kitchen sink waste pipe was broken, leaked excessively and was sealed with a plastic bag. The bathroom taps leaked excessively. I have timed and dated videos of all of these examples. All or most of the light fittings had missing or broken bulbs. Many of the living room drawers were broken. The cooker fan extractor didn't work. In my view this property requires an immediate maintenance review.

Apartment was shabby, dull and not up to even one star rating standard. Furniture was sqweezed in for maximum occupancy. 3 BEDS IN A ONE BEDROOM ROOM. SETEE COVERED IN STAINS BATHROOM DIRTY and the door of the shower was 5 inches from toilet making it difficult to get in the shower. When I called the agents or host I was told the apartment was as photos and as explained in advert. Which it looked nothing like what we thought we were going to stay in. It was dirty and very shabby with chips on worktop and table. Bathroom sink had glass that was all peeling off and chipped. Shower was caked with dirt. We didn't stay and the office who rented couldn't help us with alternative accommodation so we paid another agency to find us accommodation. Costing us double. We would not have stayed in such a 1 star rating accommodation. Totally put us off of AIRBNB
