Very clean, modern apartment

To be improved

Shortage of cups/mugs. Lack of toilet rolls and cleaning products. We reported that electric kettle was tripping the fuse and we were unable to use it but it was not replaced. Had to boil water in a saucepan to make drinks, rather dangerous as boiling water could have splashed on us.

On first arrival I thought it was nice but it was very basic

To be improved

I thought E300 security deposit was too much even though i had it returned the day after i got home and the rules were excessive, the heating system wasn't easy to work and I had to put on extra cardigan and blanket over me in the the evening saucepans and frying pans need replacing the noise level from the road woke me very early even though I had the shutters closed I found the cooker hard to use until a friend told me how to work it the lady who left me in although very pleasant didn't know anything about the workings of the apartment ie cooker heating and tv
