Cubo's Apartamento Tivoli B4

A lot of problems with the property, Wi-Fi went down, the water was gone for 10 days, electric cut off, the balcony door doesn’t open and close, the AC didn’t work to start with host came and after half an hour of playing around got it working but not user friendly and tempermental , the AC clearly had not been cleaned out because the dust and dirt that covered the apartment was disgusting, the toilet always smelt bad, the host just said it was the area and I was to put bleach down the toilet and drains, I put 5 liters of bleach down it still smelt disgusting, the property wasn’t well equipped and had to ask for them to bring basic equipment to function in the property. Host didn’t even apologize after the first two things went wrong after that they didn’t have much to say or just said it wasn’t their fault and didn’t seem to care how inconvenient it was for us. They gave us keys to use the water in the other apartment but this was not a great fix for more than a day or two. 10 days of going out to the hallway into the neighbor apartment to have a shower or use the toilet, do washing up, getting a glass of water, not to mention waking up in the night and having to get dressed leave the apartment to use the bathroom. This was not the level of comfort that we paid for, if they had another apartment with water why not move us over. But no they didn’t let us do that. Overall they didn’t care about our stay and just wanted our money. We stayed for 6 weeks and got a real feel for the place. I would avoid and not waste your money or time here.
