The best

The location is good right by the metro station. The apartment is spacious.

To be improved

Right when we came the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged and the water wasn’t draining at all. It took 3 days to fix the problem. We were given only one set of keys for the apartment and it’s an inconvenience considering there were 5 people in our party. The owner should consider to give 2 sets of keys in the future.

It was close to common transport, like busses and metro, and restraurants. There was also a Lidl and Aldi close to the apartment and some pastry shops as well. The kitchen was well equipped. There were also good beds. The blinds made the room very dark. The lady who gave me the key, Cristina, was extremely nice and could give me recommendations regarding the surrounding area.

To be improved

There was a tax of 30 euro to be paid for getting the key after working hours, despite planes arriving later on at night. There is only one key to the apartment, so because we were more people in it, it was hard to coordonate around it, some having to wait even an hour to be able to get into the apartment. On the first 3 nights, not even 10 min after 22:00, we were called to be told that our neighbours made complaints about noise, considering it was only the tv on or discussions between people, never with speakers or any noise too big. What is more, we were called even a day after leaving the apartment at night, 12 am, when we already at home, for the exact same complaints although we weren't there anymore. It was extremely annoying especially since we were vacationing there. Basically, after 22:00 you are not allowed to make any noise, no matter how small, as it is said in the contract. The washing machine made a lot of noise and couldn't wring the clothes on certain programs and didn't work properly. In the kitchen there was no table so when eating, everything had to be carried out to the living room. When it comes to the air conditioning, it was only available in 2 rooms and it wasn't enough for all 4. The other rooms did have some old fans but they didn't do anything just noise.

First we received the key from amazing person,full of good wibe and amazing experience,she told us so many helpful information,helping us with knowing the apartment……I totally recommend,Everything was perfect, basic shops and coffee shops really close, good connected,good wiew , friendly people,just perfect!!
