“House in a good location. Management company Cubos was terrible, I do not recommend using them!”

Management company Cubos were so rude and not helpful. We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay. Rooms not made up correctly, brocken back door handle with a hole in the mosquito net. Freezer shelf brocken, washing machine very dirty. But the most concerning was that the front door wouldn't lock from inside. We called Cubos out of ours service as it was a Sunday afternoon when we arrived. I was told that no one could help that evening and that there has never been any problems in this town before. If I leave the key in the front door no one can get in. I explained that I have come with my farther and my 4 year old son and didn't feel safe if we couldn't lock the door. I was told that if a secure house was a priority I should have checked what is included with this house as there isn't anything to say the front door locks. The lady was so rude and not helpful. I have never stayed anywhere where a front door doesn't lock or that it needs to be specified in the property details. I do not recommend Cubos as a company to use! Such a shame as the house location was great.
