“Huge, beautiful villa in great location”

The best

Huge villa with great views and beautiful surrounds. 15 min walk into the lively town of Mijas but it's a steep hike so we mainly drove.

To be improved

Pool could have been bigger, and the bottom bedroom was rather dark but not deal breakers in any way, just nitpicking, really.

“Amazing villa with beautiful views and all the facilities you will need - our family loved it”

The best

The villa was amazing, beautiful location and fantastic views. It had everything you could need, plus loads of space and facilities, and the pool was excellent. Perfect for families and our 2 boys loved it.

To be improved

The only thing was the hill to get up and down to access the villa. We got uber taxis most of the time rather than walk it, which was absolutely fine.

“Wonderful Villa”

The best

Very spacious, comfortable villa with amazing sea and mountain views. Lots of different areas to sit and eat. Very well equipped. You can walk into the village - albeit up a very steep hill!

To be improved

Down a very steep, narrow winding road - tricky for nervous drivers and hard work to walk up and down! Whilst it is a very quiet, tranquil area, there is a small-holding nearby, with an unattended guard dog who barks sporadically during the night.

“Exceptional!”

The best

We have had a fantastic stay here at Villa La Gitanilla. The host was responsive and helpful with answering any questions. The facilities were great and had everything you could possibly need, not forgetting to mention the view from the villa. It was the best thing to wake up to in the morning. Check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend!

location. The house is a typical Spanish rustic villa. Beautifully presented, tastefully decorated, the views are superb and the whole place is amazing.
