Ground floor space facing a busy bar and street (couldn’t have windows open because people could look in). Advertised as having AC but did not have AC.

The best

The location of the property was a short walk from everything. The apartment was clean and warm and had most everything we needed.

To be improved

The check in process was confusing, as the street name was not listed for the Cuencaloft office and it wasn’t clear to me that Cuencaloft was the name of the office versus the apartment. However, when we phoned, the office was still open and the woman who helped me from that point on was super friendly and helpful! In terms of the apartment, the kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils (for example a spatula and a larger pot). We could hear furniture moving in the apartment above us which was slightly annoying at times. The bed was super comfy but we found the pillows a little hard. We liked that there was discounted parking close to the apartment, but didn’t know ahead of time that we would be paying 15 euros each day.
