The location and overall the place. Comfortable, cosy and even has a mini portable heater you can use in the bathroom.

To be improved

The bedroom is next to the staircase, all the noise direct to your ears.

Close and handy to all sites and restaurants

To be improved

Kitchen facility and utensils was limited. No jug to boil water, only one pot and one pan. No tea towels. No cutting board. Had to borrow a wine opener from office. Shower screen door was off its rails and need fixing. Lounge had human hairs. Food scraps around glass coffee table. Paint containers on front balcony.
