“Beautiful Cuenca, lovely unit, rubbish deal”
Property in a great place, well appointed and clean.
Staying just one night we could not get keys until 3pm so about 4pm after carrying all bags and children up to the unit. Early check out requirement made this a sad rip off

Facility wise, the accommodation has almost everything you need. There's enough space for a family of 5. The bedrooms are spacious with a great view of the city and comfortable mattresses. The heating is functional. The bathroom is nicely clean with no mold traces, a functional hair dryer and warm water. You can close the kitchen and open the window there to avoid the smell of food in the apartment. What I liked the most was that you don't feel claustrophobic even though there are so many people in the house, because it has plenty of space.
The beds are a bit short for tall people. Some kitchen basics that most accommodations have and you don't necessarily want to buy are needed, like salt, sugar, cooking oil, tea bags, cleaning towels, hand towels for the kitchen and trash bags. Also for big families the kitchen and the dining room are very far away from each other, which isn't necessarily a problem if you are trying to put your steps in ;). For effectiveness purposes I'd just put the dining area next to the living room.
