Location. Located on a steep, windey pedestrian only street, bags had to be carried some distance. The apartment was on the third floor with narrow steep stairs and no lift. The site should mention that this apartment is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. The rooms were ok but some maintenance is needed. The small bar size fridge is inadequate for a two bedroom apartment. All atempts to contact the managers, by phone and email, were ignored.

“Good price-performance ratio in the beautiful city”

Location itself is good, near to the old town and sightseeings. Beds are comfortable. There is discount of parking fee with the parking house. Good value for money.

To be improved

Check-in and to get the key at office is very challenging if you are coming with the car, since you have no idea where you can stop your car in the narrow street and there are a lot of traffic. Also if you have luggage with the car, it is also not that easy to get a clue where the appartment exactly is. After that you will have to walk through the steps. The air-conditioner is quite loud.

“Good Choice For Family, Comfortable, Warm & Beautiful Apartment in Perfect Location”

The location is great, in the centre of the old town, so it is easy to access heritage sites by foot. But do expect that there are a few stairs because the apartment is uphill, as shown in the photos. It is not a big problem for us. The apartment is clean, quiet and well-lit, the kitchen is well-equipped. Kids like the play area very much, there are children's books and TV in the play area. The beds are comfortable.

To be improved

The kettle inside is filled with heavy limescale which we cannot remove easily, so we cannot use kettle. The sofa mat needs to be cleaned.

“Nice apartment in a great location. Don't rely on the auto checking kiosk!”

Apartment was in OLD city and as one should expect it was a renovated Old Loft. Don't expect a newly build apartment but it does have all needed / required facilities. Location was great and OLD city is amazing .

To be improved

Self Checking did not work so we need help from someone in the office. Luckily we were there during office hours so personnel was there to help us.
