Cullera Relax

1. The fact that you have an apartment and decided to invest in it by just refurbishing it is not a way to do tourism. You must keep it clean as well too. I have checked-in to this property ( Cullera relax) in the afternoon but I left it very soon. I came back in the evening, moment in which I started to see details like: grease, dirt and dust. You can see in the attached pictures how looks the interior of the fridge (pieces of food and food stains), grease stains in the kitchen cupboard and on the shelves, also grease stains, dirt and dust on chairs, in and outside on open terrace. The shower cabin was full of dirt too. In the shower, the shower faucet covers / knobs were broken, in both bathrooms – so, to do a shower I had to improvise a way to open/close the water and also to fix / adjust the water temperature. Imagine how “fun” is to adjust with broken knob, the pressure and right temperature without getting burned. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and full of human hair – I think it is a technique to mask the dirt by putting colored sheets and pillowcases. The towels were dirty old and threadbare too. That evening, I sent some pictures to the owner and he, told me that someone will come to see and fix the problems. In the next day, two ladies came and I showed them all the problems I had in apartment. They changed the towels with a new ones (sealed but of very poor quality) and they left. I booked and stayed in this apartment for 4 (four) nights in total. After ladies visit, in the following days nobody came to clean the apartment. It was like the owner disappear. So I was forced to buy from the supermarket paper towels and wet wipes to clean all the dirt, not to be disgusted (repulsion). 2. I booked this apartment and I paid more than usual, just for the big open terrace – for smoking purposes. Guess what: you are not allowed, even on the open terrace to smoke. 3. Do not be so stupid to agree a cash deposit on owner disposal.
