“A place with a lot higher comfort potential”
The best

Spacious, great design, beautiful area & outdoor. Airco was mostly functioning. Host was very kind to address our complaints but effectively most issues weren’t resolved at the end.

To be improved

We stayed in a room situated directly above the restaurant’s BBQ area, and unfortunately, smoke smell permeated almost the entire house throughout our visit. Although the host kindly offered to have their chef prepare our BBQ, the meal was disappointingly overcooked and nearly inedible. When we raised concerns, it was returned to us barely reheated, with no real improvement. The sofa beds were quite uncomfortable for sleeping, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired—we found strands of hair scattered throughout the space. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work during our stay, which added to the inconvenience.

communication prior to arrival was poor, the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived. The air conditioning didn’t work. The hob didn’t work and had to be turned off at the mains. The rooms were extremely dark. One of the apartments didn’t have a mirror. There was goose and dog poo all around the pool.
