“Very clean & well-equipped Studio in excellent location, perfect for solo traveller, cramped for two”

- Excellent location, very central and walkable. Close to multiple supermarkets, restaurants, shops. - Easy self check-in, key pick-up & drop-off in lockbox. Allowed early check-in! Responsive host. - Very clean apt (it is really a studio since no separate bedroom). First floor, no lift, so flight of stairs. Nice touch with cleaning supplies pack. - Large windows, lots of natural light. But it was 107-108 deg F when I was there, so had to keep everything closed/dark. - Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, clothes drying rack, well-stocked kitchen with all necessary cookware. - Good size kitchen countertop, - Comfortable spot to keep luggage. Open wardrobe to store/hang clothes.

To be improved

- The apartment is small for two people, and the bed is both soft and small, making it less ideal for a couple. - Limited dining furniture —the table is tiny, and the bar stools are awkward to sit on. - The shower stall is small with no shelf for toiletries, and the flush sometimes was quirky. - The air conditioning was weak for hot weather and tripped the circuit breaker multiple times during the stay, but the host sent instructions to reset it. Host planned to repair AC after.

The best

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city, only minutes from the cathedral and other sights in the old city centre. The neighbourhood is full of stores and shops, and there is a great bakery/cafeteria just around the corner, as well as some cool tapas bars. The apartment is lovely, well appointed and clean, and quite spacious enough for two people, although the bed is a bit too tight for 2.

To be improved

Since the apartment is located in the heart of the city, the noise from the passers-by on the street can be heard at all times of day (and sometimes well into the night), but the location is well worth the trouble. Also, the water in the shower was way too hot, regardless of how much you try to adjust the temperature.

“The smell in the bathroom was awful! Way too expensive for what we got.”

The place is located in a nice area.

To be improved

The bathroom smelled really bad (rotten)! It was unbearable. We told the owner and he offered to send a cleaning team the next day but they never showed up. We sent him another message which he never replied to. Very frustrating situation to be honest.
