The best

Staff were very helpful when needed. There was no manual/instructions on how the heating worked, which would have been helpful. Location was good once we got our bearings, was closed to one of the beaches and public transport. The apartment was a good size.

To be improved

The settee needs replacing, so uncomfortable,. A grab rail in the shower room would be helpful getting in and out of the bath.

Fraud and extra charges, not only did they charge a health fee, they also asked me to pay an additional pet fee, which was 80 for one pet! ! ! black shop
