To be improved

The worst experience ever. Literally. I consider it fraud. Property uninhabitable- no electricity, 6th floor, broken lift etc. We never stayed in it because it was so bad; I paid for alternative accommodation. I usually don't leave reviews but I want to warn others as it's a scam. Manager never replied to my email complaint. Am reporting to booking.com but unsure if they will do anything. Should be removed from advertising on booking.com.
