“Stayed for a month, would repeat”

Location was good, local shop nearby, 25min walk to Grenadilla de Abona to Gym and other things. The place is spacious, kitchen equipped nicely.

To be improved

the thing that collects water condensate from boiler, which can overflow, needs to be checked from time to time

Beautiful location, very spacious apartment, very quiet and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

There were a few issues which, if sorted out, would make the property a perfect place to stay. These are: 1) the shower did not drain properly, so we had to take short showers with a trickle of water, 2) the boiler 'leaks' water into a bottle that we were told to empty if it became full. A couple of times we came home and the bottle had filled up and leaked, causing a small flood in the utility room which we had to sort, 3) the bathroom is a little smelly and the toilet needs a proper clean inside to remove black mould spots, 4) the shower hot and cold taps are labelled the wrong way round (hot is actually cold, cold is actually hot), so we burnt ourselves slightly before discovering this.
