Nice staff and good service. We had a garden room which gave us easy access to pool and facilities. Good food in buffet and cafe restaurant.

Choice at breakfast was good

To be improved

The staff at the pool bar were not very friendly and quite rude. The service was very slow. Not once did they smile or seem happy to help. Very disappointing and spoilt our experience here. Also the spa was not in use - we were not notified this prior to arrival and this was upsetting as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
