“Cosy apartment next to the beach”

We had a very comfortable stay here. The apartment is very clean and nice decorated. It is located next to the beach, close to nice restaurants and supermarkets. We had a rented car and we managed to find easily a parking spot in the area.It was easy to get to the city center as well. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We found at our arrival a welcome treat, which was a very nice gesture to do.

Location is great (close to market, hairdressers, pharmacy, beach, restaurants, etc) and staff is very kind.

To be improved

Property clearly needs some renovation and owners could be more flexible… it feels like they are trying to cut coats on everything. Lots of rust around the bath tub, stains on the wall, panels in the kitchen are coming off, AC automatically turns off after a few hours (you need to wake up and turn it back on at night), and the fridge simply stopped working one night which forced us to throw out all the food we had in it when we woke up. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin, flimsy, and dirty (under the pillow case) We were three guests and they only provided 2 large shower towels (no beach towels), it would have been a 4€ extra charge for another towel. Although the staff was very kind, responsive, and helpful, it is clear there are some limitations at the administrative level that need to be changed. I understand they are running a business but I dont need to be faced with their obvious cost-cutting decisions at every corner of the apartment.

“Nice apartment, would come back.”

Great apartment, everything as described. Spent 10 days with our 2 year old, got the crib and high chair, host very responsive (asked for new pans as old ones were very scratched and got them same day). The large terrace was a big bonus. Few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to find parking on the street. The big park was a few minutes walk away (with playgrounds, lake with turtles, swans and fish). The green area in front of the apartment was a nice to have.

“Nice and clean”

The best

Very nice and clean apartment with a great location about 200 m from the beach. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short stay. Nice view from the living room to the park with beautifully singing birds. Additional points for the terrace which is very large and you can sunbathe there. Generally very nice quiet area with a grocery store nearby. We thank Gabriel our host for his help during our stay and for quick answers to our questions. Bus line no. 7 will take you to the City center in 20 minutes.We will definitely come back. P.s.The only thing I would like to point out is that the bathtub would need renovation and is very high, which could be inconvenient for older people. Apart from that, everything was fine.
