“Terrible quality of the apartment and customer service”

Only location was good

To be improved

There was no hot water, no WiFi at all! The water pressure was very weak. The staff did not respond to my messages during my stay! The apartment has very old plumbing, kitchen furniture, rusty shelves in the bathroom. There is a separate surcharge for towels and they give a set of two towels, not very good quality. To check in, you need to pick up the keys at their office, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. and you need to return the keys in the same way. The rules of residence that are given upon check-in say that you cannot leave trash or dirty dishes. Isn't this included in the cleaning? You only find out about all this when you pay for the reservation, which is non-refundable.
