I just wanted a cheap private room while I attended a conference on the island. Room was clean and a good size for the price. I also had a nice balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

To be improved

A minor issue was a water pump nearby was frequently turning on and off that was a bit noisy...however... There are loud germans everywhere (in general in Mallorca), so in comparison, this was pretty negligible.

The location was very good

To be improved

The decoration of the room (at least the one were we stayed: 2/5). It was very ugly (the lights, the things in red...). We could also hear everyone in the corridor, as the rooms were very close to each other (but this is not the property's fault, but some young people being a bit loud rather than respectful
