Wi-Fi password was out of date

On the 6th night a cockroach appeared which we got rid of. The following night another one appeared. Kids were particularly spooked out by them.

Air conditioning would have helped. Bathrooms & kitchen need updating.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the entire experience. Here's a summary of what happened during my stay: 1. Infestation Nightmare: Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted by a horrifying sight - the apartment was infested with cockroaches. It was an absolute nightmare, and the management failed to disclose this issue before our arrival. 2. Lack of Immediate Action: Despite reporting the beetle infestation immediately, the management's response was slow and inadequate. They did eventually send someone to address the issue, but it took far too long, and the problem persisted during our stay. 3. Unsympathetic Management: The most disappointing aspect was the management's attitude. They offered a 20% discount on a future rental instead of addressing the current problems adequately. This showed a complete lack of understanding and empathy for the distress this situation caused us. We spent over 2000 euros for the privilege of sleeping in an infested apartment, and their response was utterly inadequate. 4. Ruined Holiday: Our holiday was ruined due to this terrible experience. We spent a significant amount of time dealing with the pest issue and trying to make the apartment livable. This is not what anyone expects or deserves during a holiday.

The apartment needs a little upgrading. The bed lined and towels were very poor

The cleaniness was well below par. Hairs found on fresh bed sheets and in bathrooms after being cleaned. The guest toilet seat needs replacing. The terrace furniture/Table needs updating and under furniture never hoovered. Unfortunately the worst experience was waking up to a cockroach on my pillow which made the rest of our stay unpleasant to sleep.
