“Good apartment in quite neighbourhood. A bit far from tourist center, but close to the train/subway station, so it's easy to get to the city center and the railway station. · Cons: I did not really liked the automatic door, i.e there was no mechanical locker to close from the inside, so I felt a bit uncomfortable.”

“Great accommodation well connected with Madrid center.”

The best

The apartment was clean and tidy, and had a very good welcome package with cookies, jam, coffee and tea. The location was very good for my trip, and the key system through the phone was very useful.

To be improved

Even though is not an issue for short stays, the apartment does not have full kitchen nor washing machine, other wise it would be perfect for long stays.

“Cons: The setting of the room is not suitable for work related travel. No chair, no desk or even a table. No light switch at the bed. Wifi was extremely slow. TV screen small and far away from the sofa. I tried to use the TV and Netflix without success.”

“I am satisfied.”

The best

The apartment is near to public transport station. It is very quiet and safe. The service is very good. The landlord is a very nice lady. She is full of friendship even you call her at night. I will recommend it to my friends if they come to Madrid.

To be improved

I sincerely suggest that a hairdryer should be provided in the apartment.
