Directly above a bar, should say low floor above bar.

It’s above a cafe and very strong fatty food smells all day, not the owners fault at all! also it’s on the first floor so eye level to the busy path down to the beach so no privacy if your curtains are open…also I’m a sun worshipper the week we stayed we had no sun on the balcony at all that takes the relaxing ease away , you have to go out down the bEach to get the sunshine, we just love the peace and quiet and sunbath together relax at times it was a pressure to get out and about more than we like too

You can hear the neighbours and the customers of the bar downstairs when the bar is open. Fortunately, it closes after 11 pm. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not function properly during our stay, it didn't drain the clothes.

As we searched for a place to relax and use balcony with peace, we were quite disappointed. So negatives: 1 The balcony - it is just above a restaurant. So no peace - the restaurant starts to open at app. 8-9 AM, and closes 10 PM. If you sit in the balcony - it is just as sitting in the restaurant, with all the noise, smells. 2 The view - the apartment is on the 2nd floor. So the view is...well into the street / garbage bins. And everybody that walks by the building - can see you:) 3 The bedroom is in separate room. Which would be a plus - but there's no fresh air. At all :( if you want at least some air - you have to sleep with a fan 4 Shower door does not fully close - so very easy to make a lot of mess.
