All. Unfortunately, the rating of the apartments does not reflect reality, nor does the description provided here and on the real estate agency's website. I want to warn future renters, as this concerns fraud and client deception. It all started when the owners demanded a deposit of 150 euros, which was not mentioned in the main terms. I was unable to convince the managers (absolute rude individuals). When they withdrew the money from my card and finally sent the instructions for check-in, I decided to stop communicating with them and not to spoil my mood further. However, the apartments "with a terrace overlooking the city" not only lacked the promised terrace but also a balcony and even a proper window (just a few small sections of windows facing the street). The patio turned out to be a drying area for laundry, nothing more. It was quite dirty there, and the laundry dryer was rusty—be careful not to ruin your clothes. The apartment itself is a long, very narrow tunnel that is almost impossible to ventilate. In order to ventilate the kitchen-living room, you need to open a window and the door to the patio, while having to prop something between them to keep the door from slamming shut. There is no natural light in the apartment. This apartment is not suitable for families, as there are only two chairs provided for the kitchen bar table. There is no additional bathroom as stated—only a very small guest toilet. Additionally, the apartment is designed and furnished in a way that makes it full of dangerous corners. I could not open my suitcase anywhere except in the kitchen to avoid tripping over it. To open the washing machine, I had to rearrange the furniture. Regarding cleanliness, there were someone’s hairs in the sink, and all the dishes were extremely dirty. I could not find a single clean glass, and these were not just stains from washing—they were genuinely dirty, smeared glasses, which was disgusting.

Maybe the sofa and armchair could be updated. Also they should check the kitchen aseccories sometimes.
