Del Parque Flats - Cervantes

Very dated property. Needs some serious TLC. No air conditioning in bedrooms and could not sleep as was too hot in double bedroom. Late night kebab shops outside where everybody gathered. Very loud until 4 - 6 am Bombarded with information from the Company beforehand regarding check in and during our stay bombarded again with check out details. .

A little bit loud every night, outside in the Cervantes square

No hot water, air condition dosent reach bedroom, the noise from the street is quite loud, so in that location an acoustic isolation is c necessary. Application to open door not working. Not very nice to discover that when you arrive at 1.30 in the morning. Customer service was kind, but could not solve from the distance, I had to wait an hour for someone to come and open with key. And by the c way I only figured out on check in that there is an over 90 euro cleaning fee..? If I would have known that I would not book it probably.
