Lagunillas is my home from home, I will always return.

To be improved

Two small things, I pointed them out to the host and was assured they're going to be fixed. Both were not immediately seeable.

Appartments are quite near historical centre. Very helpful and friendly staff.

To be improved

Very noisy place - at night til 2 o'clock it's noisy due to bar, which is in neighbouring house, in the morning from 8 o'clock it's noisy due to construction in several neighbouring houses. Also, there is some problem with electricity installation - during our stay electricity automatically switched off several times.

The flat is nice! The location was perfect! The attitude of the agency who runs the flat is pretty bad. I just wanted to get an info if the early check in was possible - i have never recieved the answer even though I sent 3 e mails and I called 3 times - the lady I was talking to promised to get back to Me every time I reached out. It has never happened - the customer service on the scale from 1 to 10 - I would for sure go for 0
