“Compact apartment in a perfect location”

The location of the apartment couldn’t be better. Also, it’s compact, but has everything you need for a few days’s stay. The staff are very responsive and professional. The view of the hussle and bustle and the restaurants is also fantastic, and the apartment is not noisy at all despite being very central. We especially liked the mini washing-up kit prepared. A similar basic mini kitchen kit would be nice too: a little salt, a little sugar, and a little olive oil.

To be improved

I guess the agency can’t do anything about it, but as the apartment is in an old building, the water pressure is extremely low, sometimes we had to wait a few minutes for a pressure that made showering possible. Again, not the agency’s fault, but the lift didn’t work 5 days out of 7. Just one more thing, I don’t understand why it is advertised as 72 sqm. It’s max. 45. Still, I highly recommend the place and would go back again.

Amazing location right at the Plaza del flores. Tidy apartment with good enough access right at the plaza.

To be improved

The administrative process is a bit tiresome with the need to input all details on the separate website. Also the beds were always separating as they were twins not a single bed and could be moved easily.
