paying that much money to not provide the simple toiletries they said they were providing. why lie on the page and say you provide shower gel, shampoo, handwash and toliet paper? they put out 2 tiny bottles the size and width of young womens pinky finger. which cannot last one single person for more than two days, let alone three people who will stay for two weeks! same thing with the rest of the toiletries! we didn’t have a problem with the quantity UNTIL we asked for a little extra, explaining kindly that we are a group of three and we need toiletries that will at least last us until our trip. because they had advertised this listing that it would be provided for the stay. instead we received a rather harsh reply, invaliding our concerns, and pretty much summed up “we have provided something and if its not enough go buy your own!” so we paid nearly 1k for toiletries that would last the washing of a baby? even a hotel would provide something that would actually accommodate human beings. this is not our first time in malaga but our third! our last two stays with different accommodations were fantastic and only costed £600. one would assume if im paying this much money the experience would be better? when we ended up buying our own toiletries, the total came up to less €30 for a 700ml shampoo, 500ml body wash, 100ml hand wash and a 12 pack of toilet paper. once our stay was completed you would laugh at the large amount that was left. NOW LETS MOVE ON TO THE NEXT THING. The tv. another thing that attracted us to this accommodation was the fact they provided a TV. Believe me when i say it was just for pure decoration. 80% of people who book these accommodations are tourist and do not speak the language, so of course the intention is to bring our own HDMI cables and connect the tv to our laptops and watch our own content. The TV was screwed to the wall, not even the arm of a child could reach the back to connect anything.
