The apartment is great, perfect, mucho bien! 😊 Position is the best place in the city. We were using buses to go to the beach. Malagueta, Huelin... Also for visiting Marbella, Porto Banus, Nerja... We were able to get to the bus in no time, wherever we wanted to go. And in the evening we were right in the city center. The apartment is super clean, bathroom, kitchen, rooms. That big closet in the bedroom meant a great deal for us. Washing machines (for the dishes and clothes) were a life saver! There are small things that could be better. In the bathroom there is no place to leave the clothes or towels. In the kitchen there is one sharp knife. Well, it's not sharp anymore. Please sharpen it. For pans there are no lids. The smaller one is ready for replacement. For pots, there is one for a smaller one though. We haven't used the kitchen too much, but in the morning, I fry eggs for breakfast. Lid can help to keep the kitchen cleaner. The air conditioner (AC) is clean. My wife and my kid are sensitive to them. They immediately start to cough. This was not the case here. Thank you for that.

To be improved

Hackers stole their credentials and I fell for a scam that happened through Booking.com messages. 650 euros got off my bank account. Host takes no responsibility or even admits the issue, saying it's Booking's fault and that I should take the "insurance" from my bank. I have saved screen shots of the conversation and the whole thing. It's a shame that a company that manages 150 apartments wouldn't take the responsibility for their lack of security and at least apologise for the inconvenience that their security breach casued.

The location is great, right in the city center. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos.

The cleanliness is not up to par. We were greeted by a dead mosquito on the wall in the bedroom and there were some crumbs on the bathroom floor and bedroom. The bathroom door was broken when we arrived, it wouldn't open at all, so we reported the problem and they sent a repairman who fixed it the next day. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves because there wasn't enough for our five-day stay in the accommodation. The soap dispenser was empty, but there was solid soap so that wasn't a problem for us.
