However, there were some downsides. The main issue was the entrance door, which operates via a mobile app. It didn’t always work properly, and we found ourselves stuck outside more than once, unable to get in. The beds, while comfortable, were very squeaky. The street outside was noisy until around 7am, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The walls were quite thin too, so we could hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments. On arrival, there was no hot water or water in the toilet, and it took us some time to figure out how to get everything running, especially since the hot water is gas-heated. Lastly, parking was quite expensive at €20 per day. Additionally, we were surprised to be asked to complete online check-in forms before arrival, including providing the full addresses and passport details of all guests. It was also required to pay a €150 security deposit in advance — something we hadn’t encountered before in similar stays.

We had three bedrooms and the main one has windows looking on the small street but somehow very noisy all night long. It would be nice to have more shelves in rooms to unpack your luggage.

These are the problems: broken glass and cup, broken mirror in LR, pillows need replacing, a real chair rail needed in dining room, towels need to be upgraded, front bedroom table lamp not functioning.
