Del Parque Flats - Ollerias Duplex

Absolutely unacceptable conditions. Dirty bed linens with hair on them, poorly maintained apartment with damaged furniture, wardrobes stuffed with random household junk – basins, clothespins, filthy blankets, and broken shoe racks. No soap in the bathrooms, used miniature bottles of shower gel, and no dishwashing detergent provided. The terrace was filthy and completely neglected. There is a huge gap between the price and the comfort offered. Totally overpriced for what you get. I strongly advise against booking this place

There was a lot of noise from the neighboring apartment; the sofa bed was dirty and disgusting, and impossible to sleep on—it should be replaced. Booking.com had stated that there would be an oven in the kitchen, but there wasn’t one. The power kept going out, which was very frustrating. Worst experience, don't go there.

The flat would benefit from a refresh but, some marks would not be there if guests could carry a case properly. I should point out that a 'refresh' does not mean a clean. The apartments is super clean. Perhaps a small brochure would provide all useful information.
