Del Parque Flats - Peña

It was all good really. Just a little help if you dont speak spanish: Bajo means groundfloor. We couldnt locate the flat first place. Also not much daylight in the flat. The little terrace had couple of hours sunshine

Could be quite noisy within the building but was quiet at night

The facility is quite dirty and worn. I announced that one guest would sleep on the sofa. I couldn't find the bedding, so I sent it to the building, and they answered me the next day. We arrived rather late, I understand but we announced.I found some bed linen and pillows in a bag in the closet, hoping it was clean. Inside the sofa I found an old, dirty and yellow bed linen from the previous guests. The sofa itself was pretty dirty with a lot of stains. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even a bottle of water. At least the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was not where we picked the keys up, so had to walk 1Km in 38 degrees with all of our luggage. Apartment was not clean, found used pasta on the kitchen floor. I accidently left a range of new sports wear and expensive jacket in a drawer, they said they did not find anything. Dishonest! The shutter for the bedroom did not pull down.

I missed some amenities such as an espresso machine and a laundry container
