The location is excellent.Easy accessible to the beach and public transport.Check in and check out process was simple with the app.Everything was well informed by the host via email and what's app .We had a good holiday.Thank you😊 .

The best

Great location! Check-in was done in app so it was quick and easy. Good communication with Del Parque Flats trough WhatsApp. There was almost no noise coming from other flats so it was very peaceful and the building has an elevator.

Location is good

To be improved

Several things were quite disappointing. For checkin we had to go (with a 5 months old baby) to another part of the city to pick up the keys and then go to the flat, pure waste of hours of time. Even more disappointing at the checkout we had to bring the keys from the flat to the agency (under the threat of the 150€ left as deposit). When we entered in the flat the bedlinen were dirty and full of hairs, the floor as well. So we had to do a washing machine and clean the floor by ourselves. Last but not least there were lot of traces of humidity (including bad smell) on the walls and the water was quite cold with a consequence of bad shower experience.
