1. Shower slippery causing me to fall hard. We had to buy a rubber Matt for the shower. 2. Bathroom sink missing J pipe causing noxious fumes to fill apartment. 3. Air conditioning unit leaks having us take buckets of water through the apartment to dump in the bathroom.

The apartment was in extremely poor general condition. The apartment requires an immediate decorative and equipment update. The photos are very deceptive as shown on the Bookings.com website. The kitchen is small and poorly laid out with barely any usable worktop preparation area. All the kitchen equipment is showings its age especially a microwave oven with a repaired cable. Only one socket for all plug in devices, kettle, toaster and microwave and this socket is also damaged. The freezer was iced up when we arrived and we had to defrost it overnight, as the ice was so thick and solid. The shower tray and tiles were black with mould The curtains and curtain rails were all in very poor condition, not one of the curtain tracks were working. We had booked for 3 weeks but were only left one set of bed linen. The kitchen knives, glassware and china were poor quality, not matching and family of four were struggle to manage a day never mind a week The only half decent equipment included a very small washing machine, an aged TV and the fridge freezer once defrosted.
