Checking-out procedures most confusing. Although I had booked & had fully paid for a full 3 months in advance before September the property insisted that I had to check out on November 30. Fortunately a week before my flight I personally visited Del Parque Flats at their Málaga offices to settle any outstanding problems and they not only WhatsApped but personally confirmed I was correct. I should checked-out on December 01. Booking.com simply ignored my many emails. Nonetheless and to my complete dismay a few days before my flight they again insisted I had to leave the flat by noon on November 30 unless I paid an extra night. I did pay them as the young lady at their offices was very charming; I had had a magnificent stay in Málaga and the flat and it’s location really helped and I didn’t want to spoil the Xmas cheer and holiday. So I paid up the extra night. But this particular experience was very stressful, not good for someone with a heart condition like me.

Kitchen utensils could do with updating !! But it wasn’t a big issue …

The furniture is completly outdated, carpets and floor was incredibly dirty. We didn't have hot water for entire day and night, we were showering in freezing cold water.. You have to collect key on the completly different location and leave it there which is insanely complicated.

It was difficult to locate. A coffee pot would be a good addition to the kitchen facilities.
