Delicias - 2 dormitorios, bien comunicado

The location was great to access central Madrid & the Mutua Tennis tournament

Apartment is very well located near metro station, so in 15 minutes, you are in any part of the town. Disadvantage of apartment is that is not comfortable for 4 persons when it comes to bed. There is 4 beds, but Big bed in one room, there cannot fit 2 normal persons, its to small for 2. Also the bed in living room, cannot be extended and it is not comfortable for sleeping during a night. It is perfect accommodation for 2 or 3 persons.

Good communication with the owner, very important to not worry about your arrival. The host is always available to answer questions/address concerns. Apartment is small but very clean. Very good location.

Very safe street with Civil Guard right across from the building. The street was quiet with many families walking around. Two blocks to the bus and metro. One block to the Main Street with many good restaurants. Service was very quick to respond to every question and concern. Photos are exactly what the apartment looks like, it’s small but worked for my family.
