It was water damaged and smelt mouldy. Member of staff that met us was french with very little english. He used his phone to translate with us. The pool wax also closed, but there was no mention of this on booking.com

Appalling service from management. No information was provided about the pool closure prior to our arrival. When we raised the issue, management completely dismissed our concerns and claimed it was our responsibility to inquire about the availability of facilities in more detail. There was no mention of a pool closure or any “seasonal” limitations in the booking confirmation. Management now refer to the pool as “seasonal” but refuse to review the booking confirmation or acknowledge that this information was not disclosed (screen shots provided as evidence). We travelled in June, which is typically considered a high season month, yet we were still told it was up to us to question the specific opening dates. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue, management refuse to take any responsibility or offer compensation for what we consider to be false and misleading advertising. Due to the importance of having access to a pool for your young daughter to enjoy, we left the property the same day we arrived and arranged alternative accommodation elsewhere. Overall terrible service and extremely poor property management. We hope this review prevents anyone else from being in this situation.

Being charged 50 euros because we arrived at 11pm in my opinion is wrong, all that is needed is a pin coded key system which would prevent this. The apartment was very dissapointing, it looked nothing like the photos and smelt musty and damp on entering, at the bottom of two of the bedroom walls there was damp and mold, the furniture was not very good, the dining table was unsterdy, the settee was not comfortable and the bed was really creaky and bedding felt damp. After 10 days of staying here the mold in the bedroom was now covering half of the walls and was also now in the living room area. Our stay was originally for 4 weeks but after 10 days we could no longer stay there.

The shower was a bit small and the 30€ charge for checking in after 8pm seems a little unfair in my opinion
