AWFUL! Avoid this SCAM, they took a deposit amount which they didn’t return on due time. I realised nearly 15 days after the refund should have been made as no issues were expected and after several attempts to contact them, they said we damaged the property which is totally untrue, no proper check-in or check-out process was done and that they are keeping the deposit totally unfairly and illegitimate. Now in hands of Booking Deposit dispute resolution service.

The apartment and the resort were great and as described. The apartment had everything we needed, such as linen, towels, kitchen ware, etc. nice sea view. The resort (Benal Beach) was wonderful and the kids loved it. There are a few pools and a bunch of slides too (just make sure the pool and slides are open when you visit as they are seasonal). It’s disappointing that you need to pay for the beach loungers around the pool. There are many shops and restaurants around the area (great seafood paella at La Ancla). There’s car parking inside but it can fill up quickly, although there’s plenty of parking outside. It’s a large resort so it can take some walking to get anywhere. The hosts (or managing agents) provided clear communications. They fixed issues quickly, however don’t rely on just emailing them, call the emergency number.
